*Project D.I.B pt. 3*
Chapter 3: The Search
After considerations... I've thought about the idea of visiting the Dib-filth, especially after an unusual and horrific hallucination convinced me. Why walk this Earth if the human that I have been rivals with died... There is no point! It is only myself, and the scary sister. I will not be-friend a scary female human! She is evil, more evil than the Dib! But after what I heard about the Dib... Dib is more evil than ever, and not rather delicous than he use to be. Stupid human, and his stupid crazy head.. Zim will make the Dib be his normal alien hunting self!
~At the asylum~
Today is a new day... A new day... to... finally be visited by somebody... And it will hopefully change my life for the better... If not... I will kill the visitor and myself. I sit by the dark corner as I rocked myself. No time to feel happy, nor to actually see my family, but from this one visit... I will see the better in things. Not much, but at least a little. The annoying mask would be in my way if I were to smile at my visitor.
Dad probably wouldn't even come anyway because he was murdered a few years ago. It was a big impact on me after Gaz told me. Gaz moved away, far away in a group home... so I had a feeling, a feeling that I would always be alone, FOREVER! Never a chance to have a single friend, only stuck in this prison... With medicine.
Minutes later after skool finished Zim walked out of the front of the building with a heavy sigh. "Well, I guess this is it... To visit the Dib-human in the ass-lum." Zim couldn't help but grin at the way he said 'asylum'. He still didn't know how to pronounce it but of course the alien didn't give a damn about that.
As Zim was about to walk down the street he spots Gaz by the bus stop. Zim looked both ways then crossed the street to get to her. Once he made it to her, he gave her weak glare, but of course Zim had a small fear on the girl. "Dib-sister... Zim needs an address to the ass-lum to visit Dib-smell." He said as he held her wrist.
Gaz looked at Zim and hissed. She grabbed Zim's neck then held him up in air. "Why the hell are you talking to me!? Speak!" She glared.
"Z-Zim wa-wants to see the Dib at the ass-lum, but it's just that Zim needs the addess." Zim shook, trying to loosen the grip she has on his neck mostly.
"Asylum.." Gaz corrected.
"Yes, yes. That's it. So do you know it?" Zim asked, kicking a bit in the air.
Gaz let go of Zim's neck, letting the alien drop to the hard floor on is back with a loud thud. "Your stupid... And fine. After I give you the address you have to do me a small favor for me." She said before opening her bag and taking out a white folder.
"Ahh!" Zim hissed as he landed on his back. He sat up then rubbed his back. "Err... FINE! What is it that you want Zim to do?" He growled, annoyed by taking requests from a human.
Gaz took out a sheet with the photo of the front of the asylum, and on the right hand corner has the address and number. "I want you to tell Dib... That I miss him, and that I'm sorry for everything I've done to him in the past." She sighed then looked down as she handed the sheet to Zim. "Take care of Dib, please.." Gaz said with a soft tone. She walked away after she told Zim, now getting in the taxi.
Zim held the sheet, looking at it for a few minutes then Gaz, watching her leave in a taxi.
Zim walked down the street to his house as he past by Dib's old home, which was very old looking. "Zim... Is sorry." He frowned. Zim stared at the house for a few more minutes as he bit his lip. 'Ugh, should I? No! Yes! No! Yes! YES!!' Zim thought to himself. He sighed then walked over to the front of Dib's house. Zim smiled at it, recovering some old memories of when Zim and Dib were small and loud. "Ah, good times." He chuckled.
Zim entered the old dusty house by just pushing the weak door down.
Zim walked down the hall going up stairs to Dib's room.
It's a skin condition
What's wrong with you?
Dib's crazier then ever
EVERYTHING TASTES LIKE A PIG!
Send him to the crazy for boys..
Echos running around the room, echos of a few voices of Zim's classmates, himself, and Dib. This house just seemed like a place to regain those memories. Echos of the bad memories that Dib had remembered, now trapped in the house, giving the poor irken the chills.
Zim stood infront of Dib's door and frowned, the thought of seeing all of Dib's stuff in that room, it gave Zim a scared feeling. He would have to pick up Dib's scent, knowing that Zim hasn't seen Dib since who knows how long.
Zim placed his shaky hand on the door knob and gulped, scared if a ghost comes out and attacks him.
"It was only a movie... Ghost aren't real." Zim said to himself, remembering that he saw a scary ghost movie just the other night. He turned the knob, entering the room slowly to see a dark room. Zim flicked the switch, revealing a messy room covered in dust and webs. "Dib! Your room, it's a mess." Zim frowned. "Dirty human." Zim shook his head, walking around the room and stopped, seeing a black book with a lock on it. Zim raised an eyebrow at it, so badly wanting to break the lock and see what's inside.
"Hm? Zim shall take this." Zim grabbed the book, putting it in his PAK for safe keeping as he continued to look around for more of Dib's personal things.
Zim found Dib's glasses on the floor. "Dib.." He whispered, picking up the dusty lense.
"The Dib needs this, right? Without this he can't see. I shall take to him then." Zim said, also placing it inside his PAK. "The Dib should have thought of cleaning his room before he left, this is filthy!" He hissed in disgust. "Ugh, germs! Gross." Zim gagged at the thought of how many germs surrounded this room.
Feeling cool air brush past Zim's wig, he flinched, thinking it was a ghost. "Uh... Z-Zim should go, h-he needs to do important reading." He shivered, getting too scared to be here.
Zim use his PAK legs and jumped out the window, landing on the metallic legs. Zim got back on his feet, retreaving the legs back into his PAK. Zim had started to walk back to his base with a sad look.
He made it to the front of his home and entered the house, laying down on the couch tiredly. "This has been so odd, the Dib's house is a wreck, NOT even his scary sister lives there, or parent-unit." Zim shrugged. "Eh, not Zim's problem."
Zim yawned, looking around to see if Gir was home. "GIR!" He called out for the Sir-unit.
Gir dashed to the living as usual and saluted, doing his usual routine. "Yes, my master?" He asked while he still saluted.
"Gir, I want you to lay on the couch with me, we're going to read a story." Zim smirked, taking out the black book from his PAK.
Gir squeed as he quickly got on the couch. "Tell me a bedtime story masta." He giggled, hugging Zim's arm.
Zim chuckled. "Well, I'm not sure what kind of story it is but it better be good."
"Masta! That's a diary." Gir shouted, poking at the lock.
"Diary? What on Irk is that?" Zim asked.
"Diary is what humans use to write their personal secrets in, or whatever..." The computer sighed.
"Hm.." Zim hummed. "Yes, this is good! I shall know everything about the Dib." He laughed evilly.
"Now let's read." Zim smirked.
October 12 as a 10 year old boy, I now finally start to use this diary for what comes to mind... and now I know what comes to mind, ZIM! Zim is a poorly desguised, stupid, green alien who has just 'transfered' to my skool. I could see right through that desguise, unlike my classmates who can't see anything unusual.
As I was about to say, today I chased Zim to his house while I was holding my new sleeper cuffs that I had just ordered from crop circles magazine, it would have worked but Zim, he just ran and ran! His robot dog had came just in time to save him and I was far behind from the 2 who had both flied off, well Zim was on Gir and they flew off. That was a stupid day... But I still won't give up! I will protect Earth from Zim!
Zim scoffed and turned the page to the year he was last with Dib.
Dear FUCKING Diary..
THIS.... This may be the last diary I'll write, the men think I'm insane, they never believed me! I'll show THEM all... Oh yes, I will fucking show them ALL!! THEY ALL THOUGHT I WAS MOTHER FUCK CRAZY! WELL GUESS WHAT! MAYBE I AM! THIS FUCKING PLANET CAN DIE FOR ALL I FUCKING CARE! HAHAHAA!! The last thing I should say to you my diary... It's really important, and I trust that you can keep this secret, but before these men take me to the crazy house for boys, I need to say that I... I'm really fond of this guy, I like him a lot. He usually was the reason I kept living, but what's the point now to admit my feelings for him, I'm going to be on this hospital for a long time. But when I think about it... I don't like him, I think I'm in love with him! The one I love who makes my heart beat fast, and makes me feel alive is a wonderful man known as---
Zim gasped as he noticed Dib's blood covering the last words. "Nooo! Ziiiim needs to know! TELL ME! WHO DO YOU LOVE! I NEED TO KNOW!" Zim growled then threw the book at the wall.
Zim sat up and whimpered. "They dragged you away Dib? Also who ARE YOU IN LOVE WITH!" Zim said with teary eyes. "I'm sorry for everything! This is all my fault that your crazy."
Zim stood up and sighed. "I have to make things right."
